  Actually I find it very funny that our country is just not fit for purpose for the ordinary citizens to live in to make it in life. The politicians are wickedly fleecing the country left and right. The technocrats uses pen to steal as if there is no tomorrow, the professionals stupidly embark on senseless strikes and the informal sector just makes life unbearable for everybody with how they prices goods and services. A plantain seller don't care how she fries plantain with plastic to cause people cancer. Now my point is if a Minister who has authority and oversight over a CEO decides to suspend him, why should the other professionals who have signed ethical oaths as decide to embark on strike without thinking about the people they signed the oath to take care of? So nobody can't be suspended or sack? So where lies the authority of the Minister if he can hire and fire? Fact is we have opposition who makes these stupid decisions of the professionals looks perfect because every simple decision because of blind opposition will always be against. It is about time we let people know that our taxes pays them and we the citizens comes first. We live in a country where nobody voluntarily resigns or get fired after messing up. People are using tax payers money to buy awards and they are not forced to resign but a president comes out to cancel all appointees attending such gatherings, so where is the deterrence for next time. A country called Ghana. We are all jokes!! #SackSamGeorge, he's the most incompetent Minister!

  Privatization of all health care institutions would be the answer to go, government should wash his hands off this institution and assign them to private firms so they can deal with this situations.
  
  Plus those asking for the striking doctors to be sacked, who will replace them? Do we have more at home?
  
  Open up more medical colleges, train more personnel’s and you can break the jinx with surplus who can take over in case of this.
