  This man speaks like someone who knows better than fake “Dr” Randy Abbey. Why is the man who plunged the cocoa industry into its worst crisis still the boss when there are better trained technocrats? Given the opportunity Randy cannot explain what his deputy has clearly explained. He will spoil anything at COCOBOD if left unchecked. Managing COCOBOD is not like gossip television talk in the mornings. Mr President get him out of that position and replace him with a more qualified human being. Randy is talk, talk, talk and no knowledge.
