  Some of you think the floods in Accra started yesterday right. Once upon a time, a former leader in the person of Busia, suggested that huge drainage systems should be constructed to direct all excess waters into the sea, but that suggestion was met with insults to the extent that he was accused of "Trying to redirect the sea to Kumasi". This happened in the late 60s or early 70s and who is paying for being stupid and lack of "Simple understanding"?
  
  Also, the total neglect to develop the rural areas is pushing people into the capital and other urban areas leading to such catastrophes

AGAIN THERE SHOULD BE CLEAN EVENT IN EVERY MONTH TO DISTILL AND CLEAN UP ALL GUTTERS IN ACCRA.
