Why ask tenants/landlords to plant trees in a 70x70 space.
There may be no need to plant exotic trees to displace the indigenous ones.
Reserve 10% of your acquisition for a community park
OR practice
Native (or indigenous) landscaping by focusing on local plant species;
Conservation landscaping to protect existing vegetation and ecosystems
and
Naturalistic landscaping designed to mimic the natural environment.
You need to retain and incorporate existing trees and vegetation rather than removing them.

You are celebrating the signing of agreements to build houses that ordinary citizens cannot afford to buy, and yet you are happy about it. I do not understand why many African leaders seem more interested in expensive projects than in improving the lives of their people.

Where are the industries that can create jobs? Where are the agricultural development programs that can empower local farmers, increase food production, and generate income for families? Countries like Italy and many other developed nations have built strong economies by investing heavily in agriculture and supporting local production.

When young people, faced with unemployment and hardship, begin searching for quick ways to survive or make money, the same leaders are often the first to criticize them. Yet there are few opportunities, limited support systems, and not enough jobs being created.

A nation cannot prosper by building luxury projects alone while neglecting the economic foundations that lift citizens out of poverty. Real development is measured by the number of people empowered, employed, and given hope for a better future.
