It's his salary, and as long as he does the job he's paid by government to do, what he does with his money is his own business, even if he uses it to send his wife to give birth in the US. It would be a different matter if he steals state money to do that, other than that, it's his own business, even if it sounds unpatriotic to you.

And these birthing touristas usually have friends or relatives in the USA who help them to abuse the welfare system by claiming indigency, or in some cases, just walking away from their bills and running back to Ghana with a USA birth certificate in tow. His Arab loving Invaders came to our shores centuries before the Europeans. They gave us 4uck all apart from their cultural Vanity dressed up as a religion.
As a kid, I knew of two boys who crawlled or crippled. St Joseph hospital built by the Catholic church solved all that for free. They are all adults with kids now.
Another one had a distended belly and a huge head. Again, a Catholic hospital came to his rescue.

A mu'slim would have just read passages from the cow dung Koran to no avail.
The C section for women or even heart transplant. None of these ever came from imperial Islam.

Lastly, why did he not name the so-called offenders of taxpayers money or give us an account of how taxpayers funded those trips?

UK stopped that gateway to citizenship for children a long time ago. Eventually the US will also pass a law that will prevent automatic citizenship to kids born there whose parents are not Americans or have Green Cards.
