Mr President, It's not only ticket prices and visa issues that are making football fans uneasy and apprehensive. There are dark clouds hanging over the tournament. First this is taking place whilst there is war going on in Europe and in the Middle East and it appears the tournament is being used as a political weapon. I sincerely pray and hope that we have a good and an incident-free tournament for the sake of the world.
