How could something build in 1964 be allowed to work without modernization to cope with today's technology then when something like fire occur, the sensible Ghanaian will point a dirty finger at someone.

But the whole Akosombo generation station saw a major rehabilitation during the Retrofit Project between 1992 to 1997 when all these facilities were rewired. How could we date them from 1964 again. How about the retrofiting. ...
