The assembly policy is not driven by one's nationality but rather by a carefully formulated policy of investment in plant, employment and safety/environmental factors amongst others.
  
  Besides, isnt the so called local manufacturer Kantanka also benefiting from this same policy you so conveniently attribute to only foreginers? Kantanka does the exact same thing as the so called foreigners. He purchases disassembled car kits from China and assembles them in Ghana for local consumption.
  
  I rather feel your complaints are driven by your utter criminal greed for unreasonably high profits at the expense of the average Ghanaian by importing total junk, undervaluing same at the port to cheat the state of its revenue and then turning around to sell them at humongously unreasonable profits to unsuspecting Ghanaians.
