I have lived at a Police Barracks before and I know the Police Jail Cells are not very comfortable places to be. The senior inmates beat up new inmates as a means of making new inmates subservient to the old inmates. They beat new inmates and even eat the little food given to them. New inmates don’t get good places to sleep especially if the Cells are overcrowded. They Shit and urinate In Buckets and sleep by then.
Some new inmates get gang raped by senior inmates. The same thing happens at the Prison too just to SOFTEN the new ones, The Officers usually do nothing about it but look on unconcerned because they always see such things. The very weak ones leave the Cells very stressed and depressed. The Police will hardly beat a new inmate unless the person is disrespectful to them, Well, the dead Guy is not a known Politician and nothing will come out of any investigation. My humble advice is for people to stay away from trouble, especially if you don’t have Big People and Money to talk for you. I doubt it any Postmortem will implicate any official. He is dead and gone. End of the story.

The case is between two NPP thugs from Asunafo South constituency, specifically Sankore. The deceased did not just assaulted the fellow but murdered him and then after left the town while his name was placed on Sankore District Police Command's Wanted list.

While, he was wanted, he kept threatening the guy he murdered who was battling for his life and others especially one guy who impregnated the deceased's wife while the guy left the town hiding.

He later came to the same town a day before his arrest and was bragging in the town using a motorcyclerbike that, there is no man in the town. So the family of the guy who was murdered became angry and informed the police about his whereabouts and he was arrested, he resisted arrest, and the aftermath is unknown till he was sent to Goaso to face his charges.
