What is this guy’s understanding of the word ‘ Legacy ‘. Is reviewing an existing functioning constitutional document a legacy. Ghana must be serious!!!!

THE MOST IMPORTANT CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM IS TO ALLOW CONSTITUENTS TO ELECT DIRECTLY THEIR MAYORS AND CHIEF EXECUTIVES. WITHOUT THIS CHANGE THE ENTIRE PROCESS WOULD BE POINTLESS.
