Let's be frank to ourselves. No where in the world does the government provide all the jobs. The public sector, yes but the rest the manufacturing companies are all privately owned. The rich in Ghana are buying cars instead of building factories. Here in the western world. you take a loan to go to nursing training. once you finish the burden is on you to put in your application to hospitals and health facilities for employment. That is not the business of the Govt. If you don't find one you do not blame the Gov't. Bad decisions are causing the increase in unemployment . You have nurses who completed dating back to 2021 still at home with no jobs and still paying nursing trainee allowance for more people to join. Are we insane as a nation? How do we think? A backlog of 5 years and still sponsoring others to join just because it has become a political waterloo.

The issue is that gov alone cannot create jobs for everybody, the rich must learn to build factories and stop buying expensive cars. the rich in Ghana are very wicked people and does not have the interest of the youth of the nation at heart, how can a rich man in Ghana used over 800,000 US dollars to buy a car when these huge amount of money could have been used to build factory or create jobs for many people, if we don't think out of the box as people then we will keep on blaming every gov which would be voted to rule the nation, politicians has no solutions to the unemployment's problems the nation is confronting with serious guys,
