NO WONDER GHANA IS ETERNALLY POOR AND KEEPS BORROWING FROM THE IMF/WORLD BANK AND THE CHINA EXIM BANKS, THEN THEY (GHANA GOVERNMENT) DUMP THE HARSH LOANS REPAYMENT PROBLEMS ON THE ORDINARY GHANAIAN TAXPAYER IN SILLY EXPLOITATIVE TAXES AND OTHER GOVERNMENT LEVIES, WHILE GHANA'S PRESIDENTS ENJOY TAX-FREE SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES UNTIL THEY DROP DEAD AFTER RETIREMENT.

IF THIS IS HOW THE WEALTHY TAX-FREE GULF ARAB STATES OF THE UAE, QATAR, SAUDI ARABIA, ETC OPERATED THEIR ECONOMIES, THEY WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN WHERE THEY ARE TODAY.
