The NPP leadership and NPP's educated class belong to the throw back era class of people who believe and thus equate riches/wealth - no matter how acquired- to success. It is in that "retard" thinking state that the NPP as a criminal organization masquerading as a legitimate political party can have "property seeking democracy" idea as a preamble.

In what civilized industrialized and world known democratic nation would a political retard like Wontumi take out a loan from a national bank and for 5+ years after receiving the loan fail to make scheduled monthly payments to the bank? Where could such a fraudster walk free without action from the courts because of his membership to the ruling government party?

But in Ghana and as a "gang" member or affiliate of the NPP, a miscreant like Wontumi could hold the chairmanship post of the NPP in one of the "most" important regions of Ghana, the Ashanti region. If this gutter-level criminal is thr person the youth and political wannabes look up to in the NPP then God save us all in Ghana. There's no amount of explanation, jandam and tribal foolishness than can undo the exposed moral bankruptcy of the NPP.

The Ghana judiciary cannot and must not disappoint the people of Ghana by playing with the moral compass of the nation neither should the action of the courts lay the foundation of a new tier justice system that rewards criminals in our political sphere while it continues to punish the poor and hungry for stealing food to stay alive.

Bury Wontumi under Nsawam prison for the next 12 years so that those who aspire to be the Wontumi's in Ghana remember what their destination would be.
