  Some individuals at NPA are using the instruction to protect their individual interests. Oil and gas sector os a very lucrative industry with inelastic demand. The sensible thing to do is to protect the consumer in these kinds of industry through introduction of price ceiling. But the greedy bastards at NPA are not thinking about the us. They are only there to protect their business interests. GREEDY BASTARDS
