Cunningly, of all the names in the world he chose BNC Communications Bureau, to mimick the state owned Bureau of National Communication (BNC). He transferred Ghc49.1 million from the state BNC account at Fidelity Bank into his private account with the wife as signatories at UMB. He did a fixed deposit of Ghc16 million on the private account and the interest accrued on that same account. So the AG was right, fixed deposit was on his private account, which he and the wife operated secretly with stolen state funds. That guy is a smart thief, NPP criminal.
