caught, you pay the money back and serve stipulated jail time,
right?
4. You are caught for stealing the money and you are told by the
court to refund the money which you did. May be no interest is paid,
you still keep your business set up with the stolen money, and
personal properties, then you go to church and pray and ask for
God's blessing and pay your tithes.

Mr. lawyer, what is the purpose of the laws on the books?
