Ivory Coast take on South America side Ecuador in an epic Group E clash in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Ecuador, ranked 23rd in the world, exited at the group stage in Qatar 2022, while 33rd-ranked Ivory Coast are making their return after missing the last two World Cups.
Both sides will be aiming to make a strong start in a group that also include Germany, who beat Curaçao 7-1 earlier tonight.
