    Sorry to disappoint you. There is already a 38 Military Hospital in Wet Africa. In fact Sierra Leone. Go and read the history on the naming of military hospitals by the war effort of the British during the second world war.

    I thought the hospital was named after Major General Afari, one of the first black officers in Ghana after independence in 1957.
