Ghana will benefit more if you create a Fund for filling Potholes in every town and city, and clearing garbage 24/7. This money is going for conferences, entertainment, meetings, traveling which will serve little purpose.

Very good initiative. I just hope that the fund will be distributed on competitive basis. There should be a project selection committee which should be tasked to select the best projects for funding. Recipients of the grant must sign a bidding agreement to produce progress reports so that they don't get the money and use it to entertain their lovers.

Going back to standing ovation for our president John Dramani Mahama research fund made me think again since my mind is telling me it’s mine be cosmetic plank since no institution was mentioned.Since we do not have research centres across our country.Our president did not mention our universities,technical institutions and individuals researchers.Has government registered institutions and individuals solutions research institutes and centres?May our president is fooling us since his mouth don’t tell the truth..
