You are one of the most sensible commentators on this matter. The system of justice over there is different from the bugabuga that we display here. You don't go to a suspects house in Rambo style to search his house and intimidate his children in his absence and think it will go unnoticed by a civilised system. Again, you don't invade an embassy in his current country of residence with placards unrelated to the charges you are proffering against him. It is tantamount to witch hunt or political persecution. Again when initially the ransacking of his house happened and later the SP organised a press conference and announced his extradition and he was asked whether the OSP knew something about the incident in Ken's house , instead of saying he didn't know about it he rather said Ken stage managed it. It turned out that it was a Jakpaian invasion with the proper procedure this vindicating Ken, the victim. What sort of backward society is this?

NDC shot itself in the foot when it turned this case into a political one instead of a criminal case of corrupt practices and causing financial loss. And there is an AG who is fighting the OSP. By the way, the U.S. granting Ofori Atta legal stay does not mean that Ghana cannot pursue extradition. These are two separate and distinct matters. Wise up a little.

What happened to the people who invaded his home without warrant? Also the AG went trumpeting that he has committed a crime when he has been charged let alone tried. He will use this in his defence in his application to stay in the US. So it's the govt's own fault that this has turned out this way. The OSP should go ahead and prosecute him in absentia. Why is he needed to be physically present? As a defendant he can even refuse to be in the witness box so why do they want to see on him court?
