What is the "TERM" for this money, loan, grant, or what? I remember Mahama telling Ghanaians that Ghana will not go in for any loan from the IMF or World Bank so, what is this $300 million meant for?

How much of this loan will go to the minister’s bank account, the main contractor and all the sub contractors bank accounts ? Ghana is sick at the ICU!
