It doesn't take the whole day to fly from Accra to Abidjan, less than 1hr so you can take breakfast in Accra, go for meeting in Abidjan and be back for lunch in Accra if you have a plane like the president does

Abidjan is way more developed than Accra, I have been to the two cities and I must say was pleasantly surprised with that city, will be visiting again no doubt
Improving the welfare of farmers is not only the about how much is paid per bag of cocoa. It involves a lot - roads, hospitals, schools, etc. We have woefully failed in this.
