it is a fantastic idea and move by the BOG-
The modalities should be like every District in the country must have a community Bank named after the district. then the District must make sure it has a branches in the district where there are bigger markets that serves the district.
after the establishment of the community Banks then the district should make sure to ask every person in that community to have a Bank Account in the community banks that links to their GhanaCARD and mobile phones .
The idea is to make sure that the people put their money in Banks and could use their Telephone in transaction of payments everywhere in the country.
The benefits of this community BANKS SYSTEM IS VERY HUGE
1 to sanitise the system from counterfeits
2. prevent armed criminals from entering your house to take away your hard earned money.
3. The Government could control the economy by knowing exactly how much money that goes in circulation within the country in a day.
4. it would also help to curb the dominance of the Telcos who are using the mobil money Transfer as a cashflow for more profits that are repatriated from the country .
I want the BOG to make sure this ideas becomes successful and sustainable

Dr Johnson Asiamah who is a hostage to his past has allowed himself to be teleguided by politicians and has run the BoG aground,everything about this criminal enterprise government is propaganda,optics and settings,the Governor knows that all the rural banks do not have the same financial standing and knows that this fiat is counter productive but he has no mouth,the nolle prosequi granted him has now become an albatross,this is also the reason why he is still selling precious us dollars to banks in the government's vain quest to keep fx rates down,it is unsustainable and a serious mismanagement of the economy,it is also the reason why prices of goods and services are rising in an economy with 3.4% inflation according to GS.
