This is not because of Free SHS. It was because of foolishness and stupidity. Bawku and other students from the North had had Free Education since the time of Nkrumah while Parents of students from the South were made to pay for the Education of their children even if they couldn’t afford. Mahama and Bawumia had very rich parents who could afford to pay for their education but had Free Education while people from very poor backgrounds like me had to struggle to pay. Was that fair?
I think that if the Free SHS should be abolished, then it should be throughout the country. All students MUST PAY IRRESPECTIVE OF THE GEOGRAPHICAL REGION ONE COMES FROM. Let all pay and let us see how the students from the North line Bawku can afford. Let us see how many will drop out from school because their parents can’t afford to pay. FREE EDUCATION SHOULD BE FOR ALL GHANAIANS OR ALL MUST PAY. What is good for the Goose is good for the Gander.

If it is not in sandema, it is either in Bolga or bawku. Animalistic behavior! It's just disgusting!
I wonder what parents tell them when they are going to school. Shame!!!
