Can you imagine the knowledge gab you are creating among the learners since academic years remain time bound.
You are indirectly killing the learners. Learners are denied their benefit as far as human development is concerned. Once the learner is in school, he or she must come out of school at a definite time, whether there are teachers to teach him or her what the learner is supposed to have learned.
After three years, the learner must come out of that school.
