Ex-con Tsatsu feigned I'll health to attract the pardon of the president only to stick his 2 fingers at him. Whilst the brave served their sentences, the coward escaped.

Tsatsu never accepted presidential pardon.
He eventually fought his case at Court and won .
Kuffour presidential pardon was useless , knowing very well that his party Npp have lost the election

All the accused were at least given their chance in court to prove their innocence. That is what is called fairness and justice!
