The Teacher was wrong to use the cane on students. During our time when Teachers used the Cane on students is past and gone. It belonged to the Prehistoric and Stone Age times. Am I not right?
Is it also not true that Canning of students has been banned? He definitely could not have done that in any Western Developed country. That would have been interpreted as Child Abuse and Molestation. The Second wo have been in trouble and the Teacher will be going to the Court and be getting ready to do some Prison time.
The Students have Parents who saw their children dress up that way so what is the problem with the Teacher? Such Nonsense should be stopped. Let the Teacher be demoted in rank or do some Prison time to learn some basic sense. If this happened in Uncle Sam’s country where Guns are even marketable at Parking Lots and Gas Stations lot, the students who might have seen the action of the Teacher as a humiliation will come to school the next day with a High Powered Pistol and wait for the Teacher at the Teacher’s Car Parking Lot. And you all know what will happen. The Teacher will be shot dead or maimed and will never ever use a Cane on any person.
I think the Teacher should be fired for him and the others to know that we don’t live in the Prehistoric age the Period before the Stone Age and Modern Civilization any more.

And when I say efuom gh some imbecile with a peaceful brain has the nerve to question me..who are the parents of these kids? Instead of giving them chores around the school to do this obese foolish teacher just wants to up his ego by being the kids..sadly the foolish leaders are the minister of education have failed tonsend a memo to these school principals to refrain from such acts..if you beat the kids and they fall ill and die can you resuscitate them? In my catholic high school in toronto if you were late, dressed indecent, had a bad hair cut, fought in school it stayed of with a warning. Followed by detention and after a a while you were suspended for 2 weeks and eventually expelled. So are you telling me gh leaders and educators can't learn from these? You have school farms, dishes that need to be washed, dirty surroundings, bushy areas around the school all kinds of chores thay these kids can use their energy to complete. So why beat them?

But not every teacher must be allowed to cane. It must strictly be the preserve of either the headmaster or his assistant because some teachers are too quick tempered and must not be allowed to cane. Look, we have relaxed discipline in our schools to the extent that students think it is their right to even cheat during exams and are prepared to maim their teachers who don't allow it. What society shall we be building in future when these children turn into adults. And for heaven's sake don't compare our society to that of europe or the americas where child rights has been taken to the absurd level. The banning of caning in schools is completely wrong. It must be brought back but must be the preserve of the headmaster/mistress or his assistant. Not even house masters must be allowed to do it. We are encouraging complete deviancy in our schools. Some offences in schools must attract caning!!!!!!!
