  It's in the constitution. An executive order does not change a law or what is already constitutional.
  
  Birthright citizenship is found in Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment.The 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (Section 1) dictates:"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

How can you be a resident or citizen of another then just for your selfish gain when you’re pregnant you travel to a country that you don’t pay tax to just to give birth so your kid can enjoy benefit you do not pay into . Here in Ghana we’re quick to make other people feel unwelcome and alien even if their great grand parent have been born here we say theyre foreigners. So why is it bad for America to protect their sovereignty and by stating the real definition of citizenship
