  We all know why she resigned. She is against the wrongful dismissal of the Chief Justice. One doesn’t need to disclose a reason for resigning. The 30 Council of State members knew why they she resigned. If not, why did they advise the President to hold on and allow them to try and talk her out of it? Again, why didn’t the government announce the resignation immediately the President accepted it? Hypocrisy at the highest level. Kudos to Gloria Akufo. She is indeed a principled human being.

  Unless one lives under a rock or one decides to disengage one's thinking capabilities, we all know that in September 25, she criticised the process leading to the removal of the former CJ. It was subsequently leaked that she abstained from the vote. Then we are now told that in that same month, she tendered her resignation.
  
  It is not about the breaching of a law but when you have the only former CJ on the CoS criticising a legal process and subsequently resigning her position, one does not have to be Einstein to join the dots. That there was a fundamental flaw in a legal process so serious that the only former CJ decided to quit. That is an indictment on the morality of the government. Duh!
