Who was the architect of that building go find him and prosecute..im sure the building materials were cheap and substandard

We are an interesting people; people living in old mud house built over 100 years ago use cement blocks to bury the dead. The dead from this collapsed mud house would be buried in tiled graves.
Rain falls in Europe but buildings don't collapse.
There are thousands of dilapidated structures in Cape coast and these structures should be brought down otherwise we will witness this sad news again.
