Who received the said equipments at NSB and where were they installed?

Couldn’t NSB accounts have dealt with the suppliers from the onset?

Why were the purported funds paid into Adu Boahene’ company account?

Was he dealing with the company on his own accord or on behalf of the State?

The prosecution ought to ascertain from customs whether such consignments ever arrived in this country.

Or defense thinks we don’t know they write for the entity to transfer same unto their letter head and endorse same to appear as though there were some sort of supplies whatsoever?

All government procurements MUST be received into stores and a stores receipt advice (SRA) issued by the institutional stores before payment can commence. The item must be verified at stores by the internal auditor and the SRA must be signed by the head of stores, the internal auditor and the head of institution or his assigned officer. Until evidence of this is provided, nothing bought can be deemed received.
