why do we depend on the government for free seedlindlines if I may ask?.There must rather be a monetary facility that could be given to farmers in an association as interest free loan to buy seedlines and other farm inputs from the ministry of Agric.It is encouraging to see your people taking up the initiative to prepare lands and making preparations for planting, however, lets put proper structures in place that could make us independent than always looking up to the government for little things like seedlines.
