  Your corrupt Npp government should bear 70% of the blame. 45 million US dollars was contracted to solve some of the perennial flooding issues in Accra, including the Odaw River. Less than a quarter of that amount was actually used for that project, and the remaining funds disappeared and finding their way into Cecilia Dapaah's bed. Then you come and sit on air to make it look like every previous government failed in addressing the flooding situation, when your corrupt government for 8 solid years failed to fix the problem despite contracting a huge loan in the name of curbing flood in the cities.
