The judge should not indulge him. That was always the plan from dsy one. The court should go ahead and give its verdict, if they are not satisfied, they can appeal.

This has nothing to do with the court - the trial has ended and all that remains is judgement. It's not as if there are further submissions to be made or witnesses to be called. It is over. If lawyers change before then, it's up to the leaving counsel to brief the incoming one. It has nothing to do with the substantive case. We all suspected this was their objective, and we have been proven right. The State should turn down this application, give clear arguments and proceed with the judgement.

Judge has already written most of her summary judgment already. 3. It’s not as if the previous lawyer is no longer with Chairman. A nasty precedent will be set for the repeat of this demand. Judgment should be delivered on due date as determined by the court.
