You can petition the Chief Justice or the General Legal Counsel of Ghana for the removal of the judge if you have a case.

Ghanaweb should do better. The journalist was not jailed for the publication. He was jailed for contempt of court. No self-respecting news portal would take a self-serving statement by a convict and report it as news.
