So if Atta Akyea is given one month to file his closing statement after Judicial vacation which will be around October. Then in September another lawyer Gary Mimako Marfo takes over. He too will request time to go through the case and should be given another month or two . That will take the judgement date to late November or early December. By then Wontumi will have won National Championship. Now , jailing political opposition National Chairman will be negative, won’t it . Haaaaa I can see this plan 101 strategy 204 far ooooo

Crooks trying to abuse the court system. An attorney who has just taken over a case from another attorney doesn't need to acquaint himself with the case since no preparation is required to before a judge can render a decision on the case. The court should tell Wontumi and his attorney to take their criminal deception elsewhere. It's obvious that Wontumi's former lawyer and current lawyer have a strong feeling that their client is guilty as hell, and they falsely believe that they can employ deceptive tactics to cause undue delay of the court decision on judgment and then get the AG to enter into a plea deal that will keep that corrupt galamsey kingpin from being incarcerated. It's comical to learn that plea negotiations can still take place even though the trial has ended and all that remains is the pronouncement of judgment. Wontumi is a corrupt crook who is not only trying to corrupt the judicial procedure, but also poison the executive by making noise that he's prepared to apologize to President Mahama. The court should ask Wontumi to dump his crooked bullshit antics in one his abandoned galamsey pits.
