  Oh yes of course, the judge must not be blame, the issue is that the prosecutor must be blame for granting that murderer a bail, Ghana police are the most useless law enforcement agency in the world, for all you the prosecutor was bribed to do a shoddy work, the family of Safo must not trust Ghana police at all.

  Adwowa Safo should have rather reported the whole event of unauthorised event of his brother as overseer of christo asafo church by church elders to the police instead rushing to her brothers house and forcefully trying to enter into his house .She took the law into her own hands and met her ordeals.By laws in ghana it's only the security agencies who can forcefully enter into a suspect or wanted fugitive house and not an individual. She could have even spoken with the brother on the phone or by reporting the whole breach of injection order from the court to police for intervention. Adwowa Safo took a risky decision to stop the whole event proceedings in her brothers and nearly paid for her life .
