  IF AN OFFENDER IS ARRESTED, HE/SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE PREPARED FOR COURT BUT NOT CAUSING HIM/HER BODILY HARM. THAT IS AN UNCIVILIZED ACT!!!!

He should have been taken to Kamina or Gondar Barracks for real Military Horsewhip Discipline for twenty consecutive days at the bare backs and bare Buttocks at the main Lorry Station at the Center of the Station or main Town Soccer Field. Let his whippings be in Public while he has been stripped naked.
  Yes, and let him also have 24 lashes of Horsewhips under his feet. On the last day before his release, let him have about 24 lashes at his bare buttocks, 50 at his bare back, and 50 lashes under his feet at the main Public Transportation Station while stripped naked. When he is finally allowed to go, he cannot walk or crawl. That will be the last time he shall be engaged in Galamsay. Let his Military Style Punishment be openly Televised and I can promise you that he shall never be engaged in any Galamsay activities again. The others who watch the punishments given to him will be scared and never do any Galamsay in life.
  Please, don’t have any mercy on them, and don’t care about what the rest of the World will say. These nasty criminals should naturally be treated with miserable cruelty.

  What is national security? Just by saying in the video that they are 'national security' they went there to steal from the galamseyers. This is job for the boys. Some party footsoldiers have made some uniforms for themselves moving from one galamsey site to another illegally collecting money and gold from these illegal miners. In the video one of them claimed nobody has trained them but they have experience. How can government call someone 'national security' without any formal training?
