  Thank u Mr President JM, a country with a quality roads is bound to develop quickly..I think it’s about time Ghana needs to adopt the USA or Chinese model where if a contractor does a shoddy road project, and after two years the road is deteriorating, that contractor must be arrested and be prosecuted..quality roads should last for atleast 15-20 good years..so if a contractor constructs roads and it’s not able to meet those standards and deteriorate after 2years, he should be arrested and prosecuted..it works perfectly fine in other countries
