They just fail to realize that Uncle Sam’s country has Rules of Law and someone cannot be arbitrarily deported, especially when it is on record that he is undergoing Medical Treatments that are not that developed and readily available in Ghana. How many NDC people were treated outside for various reasons.
Ghanaians should be educated that so long as Ofori Attah is legally in the United States and has committed no Felony and he is undergoing Medical Treatments, nothing can cause him to be deported. And if it is true that he stole that much money from Ghana to the USA, Uncle Sam will never Deport him unless he is healthy and has committed a Felony. Having lived in the USA, and being knowledgeable in her jurisprudence, Ken is not a fool to commit a Felony. His Medical Doctors are never going to complete treating him when they are well paid for treating him. Do Ghanaians understand Capitalism? Ken is never going to come back to Ghana to face any trial. Just mark it on the wall. His Parents, uncles, aunts, are all dead. He is having his peace in USA. Should he come to Ghana to enjoy DUMSOR, and have poor health care from the Half Cooked Medical Professionals and 18th Century Medical facilities? No, he is never going to come
If he finally becomes an American citizen, it then becomes an impossibility to arrest him under any International Warrant. Ghana should stop trying to get Ken deported to Ghana for any trial. That would be a Wild Goose Chase.

Every day in Ghana politics Mr Ken Ofori Atta's name is mentioned but if you ask his persecuters to mention the crimes he has committed they start scatching their heads. The NDC government knows that the man has nor stolen any state money but they are accusing him of all sorts of crimes. He has not been accused of causing financial lose to the state but he is beind hunted everyday.
His safety in his own country cannot be guaranteed and therefore he is not going there now. If the government has evidence to prosecute him in absentia, let them do so asap or stop the hatred to his person..
