They are required by law to have their accounts audited by private audit firms. The money ministry of health gives gfa is audited by the audit service. That money is spent by ministry of sports and accounted for the way public funds are accounted for. Gfa has its own sources of raising funds from fifa or private organizations by way of sponsorship like goldfields was doing.
NSA is managing all other sports, athletics, boxing, etc. Even these ones have their associations.

My understanding is that if they beat Croatia they meet Portugal next, but if they don't, then they meet cape Verde. I'm not sure they can beat Portugal so maybe sometimes you lose to gain??

For those 4 point countries, it stated "Sweden, Ecuador, BH and Paraguay". I was left asking myself if Ghana was denied the point when they played England.
