The single spine salary structure they taunt about was a brain child of former president Kuffor but because the npp lost the 2008 election they came and mess up with the whole structure which has created the inequalities have today. NDC are not thinkers, they don't think behind the box. Only create problems, loote and then they share to cover up. The Sagleme housing projects is a typical example. They are also wicked, it's the ndc that deliberately set the central medical stores at Tema ablazed in 2016 to cover their corrupt activities. Unfortunately, they are able to win the hearts of illiterates through their machinery known as propaganda and because these group form the voter majority so they are thriving on that to win elections
