I'm sorry but the woman (and her husband) can't convince me they're really serious else they could have stopped having more children after the 5th set of twins/triplets from which they already had a minimum of ten kids. I am very sure that somewhere along the line they were advised by hospital authorities of what to do but they declined it claiming that no matter how many kids they produced, God would help them take care of them. Even a layman like me can advise them that the surest way to prevent pregnancies when you already have more than enough/necessary is to have the womb removed. Simple as that!
