Standard Chartered Bank Ghana is not a failed business. They are stepping out of retail business in Ghana for strategic global reasons. I recall how ExxonMobil stepped out retail oil marketing in countries where don't operate in the upstream oil business. TOTAL bought their downstream business and continued handling it successfully. Same must be done here. Group Ndoum has no track record and experience in successful retail banking operations.
