  The president presentation after the aerial tour of flooded zones in Accra/Team was spot on. We have a quality president who has raised to bar in terms of communication generally. No won der JJ. Rawlings praised him saying he could be the president in any European country. He showed his humane side. Citizens must rise to the task Undoing more than 60 years of sleepy decision making is a huge task.
  however there are new areas been considered for development which must take a cue and parliament must rise to the task as well after the president has spoken.
