She hasn't ran away from the country and what's preventing the authorities like ORAL team, OSP or other anti-corruption agencies apprehend her? Close to 2 years in ndc gov't, no one has mentioned Cecilia Dapaah's name for anything. It means that Cecilia Dapaah was falsely accused of stealing money meant for tackling flooding situation. Also, in a situation where our leaders cannot borrow or get easy money, money for development, they will make a deal and give away state resources for small percentage, 6 or 7 percent cut, everywhere you put them they are canker, they will steal in that position, and this is all of them. The truth is every penny that is stolen by our leaders always leads to something detrimental, the sufferingl of an innocent citizen, loss of life, which the politicians associated with that stealing will pay for before they die. Previously rainfall was heavy and more in a season than now and places that weren't getting flooded by then are now getting why

We had only alajo in accra to be a flood city but now everywhere in accra and we've to get the actual cause to get the right solution for it and not the big drains everyone is talking about. Previously rainfall was heavy and more in a season than now and places that weren't getting flooded by then are now getting why what this guy is saying doesn't make cassava produce its Food .it doesn't solve the problem there and won't solve it and he shouldn't have come out with this to change the course in searching for the solution.
