Another contributing factor to the flooding is untarred roads. Drains are already choked half to full with dirt even before it starts raining. Obviously, water will find it's way out to homes. This is common sense.

Short term: Refuse collection
Medium term: Clear water ways
Long term: Tarred roads

If you don't do above, Manaha will again photoshop flooding in helicopter, avoiding the site of mountain of trash. He'll dip hands in contingency funds, and back to square one.

The problem is due to the sea level and we need critical thinking minded people to assess the entire entry points of the flood water to the sea. (1) Sakumanu Ramsay site must a major bridge to the sea and the road and the railway line must be overhead. (2) Labadi and Teshie and nungua areas must be considered the same for the water to get free to enter into the sea. Think wisely.

Greater Accra regional minister recently received award for solving flooding problems.What happened?Did NDC fool Ghanaians or NDC officials were entertaining themselves with taxpayer money.Anyway President John Dramani Mahama stole $450 million dollars meant to construct drainage and turn around to tell that there is no funding to complete the drainage and turn around to accuse Nana Addo of causing flooding in Accra main whilst he stole money $450 million dollars.
