John Mahama upon assuming office, canceled Zoomlion's contract, and was expecting the people to "CHEW" the garbage that comes from their homes. When some of us describe Mahama as foolish, there those who do not understand the reason, but it is a fact.

If you cancel the only garbage company in the capital, and did not replace it, where will the people dump their garbage, inside Mahama's mouth?

If support Mahama, ask him why he canceled Zoomlion's contract without replacing the company. That is why people started dumping their garbage into the gutters during heavy rains because they have no choice.

That's why we elected them, so we're not going to be thinking for them. Private citizens can't enforce laws. We'll sit and watch, if they can't solve it, we'll look for another government to do it. After all, they earn hefty amounts of salaries with big incentives on top. They should work.

If our President of Ghana can put a ban on the importation of secondhand clothing like Burkina Faso has done it will save our drainages from most blockages because most these unwanted clothes ends up into the gutters or the sea or they travel from the gutters into sea and lagoons. Akuffo Addo stopped the importation of secondhand fridges,cookers,televisions and gadgets of such but for that our situations would have been worse as I write now.
