John Mahama was questioning why huge piles of garbage were seen floating around, and he has forgotten that he had disbanded the "Sanitation Ministry" and replaced it with "Prophesy Ministry" headed by Afriyie Ankrah because Mahama was expecting the people to chew their garbage.
