John Mahama upon assuming office, terminated Zoomlion's contract on teh advice of Manasseh, and laid off all the 15,000 street sweepers without replacing them so, who should sweep the street and pick up garbage? Or Mahama was expecting the Ghanaian to chew all the garbage in their homes.

The cost of the flood runs into billions of dollars, and what sense did it make to heed to the advice of Manasseh who was just a journalist in terminating the contract of the only garbage company in Ghana?
